The developer, French, has a land for a whole developement project for sale, for an investor.  He wants to build 11 apartments and sell them on a fraction ownership deed.

 

The location of the land is excellent !  Patong is the most touristical area in all Phuket Island. The land is 5 min walking distance to the beach.

 

This land is just above the Novotel Hotel and another luxuous hotel in Patong.

 

This land is located on the heights of Patong, which gives you an amazing view, and a very nice breath from the sea.


This land is located next to 27 Thai sytle villas and 3 French style villas that the same developer built. He built these 30 villas in 10 years.

All same standard. Some have 2 bed, others 3 or 4.

The constructions were ready in 2006.

The developer is a French Engineer. He is working in a very professional way.

And the Sales Manager is French.

 

The rents are managed by a company in Hong Kong. 

 

For these apartments, for an investor, the best way to earn money is to sell the property on a fraction ownership deed. The French developer knows very well all the procedure.

He said that the investor, if he is selling the apartments, can expect minimum a return, a profit net of 30%. Minimum he said.

 

The developer is ready to make a discount (15 up to 20%) of the amount to invest to the investor buying the whole project.

 

He is the most professional developer that I know in Phuket Island for the moment. Everything is done in a very professional way : the choice of the land, the finishing, the design, the services for the customer, the maintenance...
